Role Overview
- We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with strong mobile development experience using React Native and solid knowledge of backend technologies to help build and scale our mobile and web platforms.
- You will work closely with product, design, and backend engineers to deliver reliable, secure, and high-performance applications.
Key Responsibilities
Mobile Development:
- Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native (iOS & Android).
- Implement clean, reusable UI components and ensure smooth user experiences.
- Integrate mobile apps with backend services and APIs.
- Debug, optimize, and improve app performance.
Backend Development:
- Design, build, and maintain backend services using Node.js (Express, NestJS, or similar).
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs (and/or GraphQL where applicable).
- Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
- Ensure backend services are scalable, secure, and well-documented.
Database & Infrastructure:
- Design and manage databases using MongoDB
- Write efficient queries and manage data models and migrations.
- Work with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for deployments and storage.
- Assist with CI/CD pipelines and environment management.
- Collaboration & Quality
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to translate requirements
- into features.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience with React Native for mobile development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience with Node.js backend development.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and services.
- Understanding of version control systems (Git/GitHub).
- Familiarity with mobile app deployment processes (App Store & Play Store).
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Expo, Redux or similar state management tools.
- Experience with GraphQL.
- Experience building fintech, agtech, or data-driven platforms.
Salary
N700,000 - N800,0000 per month.
